Adele pukes before she performs

Adele “pukes” a lot before she goes on stage.
The Someone Like You hitmaker admitted although vomiting prior to her gigs can be a problem, she sees it as a good luck charm as it often “guarantees a great performance”.
“I puke quite a lot before going on stage. But the pre-show puke guarantees a great performance,” she said.
“But then, I s**t myself before everything. The bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!”
The 23-year-old singer who is currently single explained while she finds romance “massively distracting”, she is hoping to have five sons when she eventually settles down.
“I do get massively distracted when I’ve got someone in my life, which I can’t afford to do right now. Besides, no one treats me as well as I do,” she added.
“I’ve always got on better with boys. Most of my friends are boys. Like, if I have children, I want five boys. Boys love their mothers whereas girls can be so mean to each other.”
The curvy star also spoke out about her body image, admitting while she suffers “insecurities”, she doesn’t want to become obsessed with her weight.
“I enjoy being me, I always have done. I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down,” she said.
“And I don’t want that in my life. I have body insecurities, of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.”
