Hugh Jackman hates online imposters

Hugh Jackman joined Twitter to put a stop to his online impersonators.
The Aussie hunk has reluctantly signed up to the status update site and Facebook after being told of the number of fans being duped into following fake Hugh Jackmans.
“I use Twitter now and I also just started Facebook because I was convinced by this company that my agency is involved with who told me, ‘There’s 357 pages for you and one of them has half a million people thinking it’s you talking to them’. So I just want to actually be doing it myself instead of someone else,” Jackman said.
“It’s only right.”
Jackman recently admitted he was initially deterred from becoming an actor because he thought people would think he was gay.
“I would love to say I was Billy Elliot, but I wasn’t,” Hugh said. “My dad was like, ‘Terrific,’ but my brother was like, ‘Ah, you poof!’ I was only about 10 or 11, but I remember thinking that this is not a good thing.”
