Simon Cowell is spending over $2 million to renovate his American mansion.
The music mogul whose $75 million X Factor pay makes him one of TV’s top earners plans to spend his wealth on some extravagant home improvements at his Beverly Hills pad.
“He is redoing the entry way, changing all the windows as well as repainting and adding a new state-of-the-art movie theater. He has done this so in future he can watch repeats of his shows as if he was in the audience,” claimed a source.
“The new look will cost roughly $2.4 million.
“He does feel bad for causing the neighbors trouble and has offered to buy them spa days to help them relax.”
