Marcia Cross dreading end of Desperate Housewives

Marcia Cross admits it will be “hard” to say goodbye to Desperate Housewives when the series ends.
The actress has played perfectionist Bree Van de Kamp in the TV drama, which is coming to an end after the next season, since 2004 and while she thinks it’s the right decision, she will miss her costars, crew and the rest of the team.
“I was glad in a way because I thought it was coming. Everyone seemed to be in denial until the announcement actually came. But it was a good thing. It feels right, even though it’s going to be so hard to say goodbye,” she said.
“It’s not just the cast, it’s the people you don’t see that we’ve all grown attached to over the years, like my hair and make-up girls. They’ve supported me throughout this entire thing, so it goes without saying that we’re so bonded and connected. I have some really strong ties.”
Although the show is finishing, the 49-year-old actress who stars in the series withTeri Hatcher, Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman says it would be “interesting” if there is a movie version of Desperate Housewives.
“I’d be really surprised if there was a movie, but I never say never. It will be interesting to see what happens,” she said.
