Rachel Bilson budding medical student?

Rachel Bilson has had to learn more than just her lines for her new TV show.
The brunette beauty plays a doctor in her new series Hart of Dixie and she has learned so much about the medical world she even feels she could carry out a few simple health procedures.
“I’m fine with blood, I’m fine with shots. I don’t really freak out about any stuff like that,” says Rachel.
“I can do a suture but I probably wouldn’t save you. I even know some of the doctors’ lingo now. It’s definitely hard. It took a few times but I’ve gotten it down.”
Bilson recently revealed she’s brilliant when it comes to dealing with matters of the heart.
“I definitely think I am honest in a good way,” she said.
“I’ll tell my friends exactly what I think because it’s for their best interest.
“They don’t want to hear it always but they know I’m right, basically.
“Love is definitely complicated.
“I think you know pretty early on, there are those rare occurrences where you’re friends with someone for a long time and it blossoms into a romance, but I think you can tell when you [love] someone in the first few days or so.”
